Sprouted Love Nut and Seed Crackers

⅓ cup Sprouted Love
½ cup sliced almonds
1 cup sunflower seeds
½ cup pumpkin seeds
⅓ cup chia seeds
⅓ cup hemp hearts
½ cup ground flax seed
2 tsp sea/pink salt
Drizzle of olive oil
1 1/2 cup boiling water


Preheat your oven to 400º. In a large bowl, combine Sprouted Love, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, sliced almonds, chia seeds, hemp hearts, ground flax seeds, and salt. Add boiling water to the seeds and drizzle with olive oil. Mix well. Grease a baking sheet with cooking spray.

Immediately spread the mixture evenly on the baking sheet to the desired thickness using an offset spatula. Bake at 400º for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Let the crackers cool slightly and then cut the crackers to the desired thickness. Serve with your favourite dips or nut butter or top them with avocado and eggs.

*The broken bits are great on salads, oatmeal and yogurt!!!
